We’re delighted to announce our November Thrive Award winners.
In one week this November, we had an incredible 56 staff members working across Thrive!
With so many fantastic staff, choosing just two award winners became almost impossible… so this month, we’re celebrating THREE outstanding winners!
JamieJamie works on one of our bespoke education packages and is consistently a strong contender for this award. Her commitment, creativity, and compassion shine through every single day and this award is truly well deserved.

RachelRachel previously worked in Cyprus as part of an animation children’s support team. Before returning to Plymouth, she secured a role with us and she started the day after she arrived back in the UK! 
Alongside Thrive, she even works at a gymnastics club in the evenings, she never stops! Rachel has impressed her school so much that she has already been offered a contract.

RebeccaRebecca has been supporting her school since September, and the feedback has been nothing but exceptional. The school consistently praises her dedication and support.
We’ll be sad to see her go in December as she moves on to a contract with the school she will be greatly missed by all of us at Thrive.
