That’s why we’re excited to launch the Thrive Education Award, a monthly celebration of the exceptional contributions our staff make to schools and learners. This award recognises the dedication, resilience, and passion that make our educators so special. Each month, two winners will be selected, with each receiving a £25 gift card of their choice as a token of appreciation for their impact.
We’re delighted to reveal our September winners and the first two people to receive this award: Terri-Ann and Samantha.
Terri-Ann joined us in July, just before the summer break. She quickly stepped into a secondary placement, a setting which was slightly outside her comfort zone, due to her background being mainly in nursery and primary. However, with determination and positivity, she embraced the challenge, excelled in the role, and even received a request to return to the school.
Since then, Terri-Ann has taken on a wide variety of primary placements, approaching every single one with commitment, enthusiasm, and adaptability. She’s never turned down an opportunity, and her professionalism has shone through in every setting. It’s clear her skills and confidence are growing by the day, and we can’t wait to see what she will achieve next in the 2025/26 academic year.
Samantha has been doing outstanding work in one of our SEN schools, consistently demonstrating excellent attendance and earning fantastic reviews from the team. Outside the classroom, she’s a passionate advocate for Thrive, regularly promoting our company on social media and inspiring others to get involved. Her efforts have played a key role in growing and strengthening both our brand and our team.
