Louise, a teacher and maths lead at Marlborough Primary School, has been recognised in the Pearson National Teaching Awards shortlist for Teacher of the Year in a Primary School, a testament to her incredible impact in the classroom and beyond. 
At Thrive Education, we had the pleasure of working with Louise for a short period of time and even then, it was clear how fantastic she is. Her passion, dedication, and ability to inspire both pupils and colleagues really stood out.
This recognition comes as no surprise to us. Louise creates an engaging, inclusive learning environment where every child is encouraged to thrive and succeed.
