We’re delighted to announce our February Thrive Award winners.
We are really pleased to announce this month’s winners: Flynn and Lauren 👏
Lauren works incredibly hard and is always happy to step in and support any student when needed. She has been doing a fantastic job working closely with one particular student who was initially reluctant to attend the provision. Since working with Lauren, the student’s attendance has improved to 100%, and they now look forward to coming in each day.
Flynn has been working at the same school since joining us in January and, due to his excellent performance, will be moving onto a contract at the end of April. Flynn completed his Level 2 Early Years Educator apprenticeship through CTSW, and we’re sure they will be incredibly proud to see how well he is doing.
A huge well done and thank you to both Flynn and Lauren for the fantastic work they continue to do! ⭐
