We’re delighted to announce that Thrive Recruitment Group is now an approved supplier through Value Match Sustainability Services.
This gives schools, academies and Multi-Academy Trusts an additional compliant procurement route to access our education recruitment services, while continuing to receive the local and personal service that Thrive is built around.
What does Value Match mean for schools?

For schools and trusts, this means greater transparency around agency costs, clearly defined supplier margins and the reassurance of working through a structured procurement process.
As an approved supplier, Thrive can provide education staff through Value Match across:

Transparent and capped agency margins
One of the biggest benefits for schools is transparency around agency costs.
Through our Value Match arrangement, Thrive operates within agreed maximum supplier margins, depending on the type of role being supplied.
Our maximum margins are:
STEM Teachers – £45 per day
Non-STEM Teachers – £40 per day
Educational Support Staff (Non-SEND) – £36 per day
Educational Support Staff (SEND) – £38 per day
Senior Roles – £55 per day
Facilities Management – £36 per day
Admin & Clerical Staff – £32 per day
Other Roles – £34 per day
These are maximum margins, not our standard margin. In many cases, the actual margin charged by Thrive will be below these levels.
This gives schools much clearer visibility over what they are paying for and allows us to remain competitive while maintaining our compliance and service standards.
Compliance without losing the personal service

Thrive remains a Plymouth-based education recruitment agency supporting schools throughout Devon and Cornwall.
Schools still deal directly with our local team, and we continue to manage our candidate compliance in-house, including safeguarding and vetting requirements.
The difference is that schools now have an additional procurement route through which they can access Thrive’s services.
