Cherise has been with Thrive Recruitment Group since the very beginning. After 18 months supporting one of our SEN schools, she recently started a new role where she impressed so quickly that she secured a temp-to-perm contract within just a few days and has settled in brilliantly. Cherise’s commitment and impact have earned her the well-deserved title of Employee of the Month!
Aimee joined a primary school on a short trial towards the end of October and made such a positive impression within days that the school asked her to stay for the entire term. Since then, Aimee has been a regular presence, consistently praised for her reliability, professionalism, and positive influence in the classroom. She too has been honoured as Employee of the Month for her outstanding work.
